    Conditions

    1. Cacellation and Refunds will be handled in the following manner:

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before the Trade Show shall result in a full refund minus a 10% Administration fee.
  • Cancellation 30 to 60 days before the Trade Show shall result in a 50% refund.
  • No refund shall be given where the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the Trade Show.
  • No refund will be made to any exhibitor who fails to show up and occupy their booth.


    • 2. Set-up and Take Down
  • Exhibitors must be set up before the Vendor Showcase opens at 10:00 am.
  • No set-up of booths will be permitted after the Trade Show opens.
  • Exhibitors will not begin to take down their booths the Trade Show closes at 3:00 pm.
  • No refund will be made to any exhibitor who fails to show up and occupy their booth.
