Course For Landlords

This two-day course will benefit every person who owns or manages residential rental property. It answers the many questions that landlords have about dealing with the Residential Tenancy Legislation. This course focuses on best practices in landlord/tenant relationships, reducing the potential for conflict in tenancies, and provides effective solutions for dealing with problems when they arise.
