About The Calgary Apartment Association
The Calgary Apartment Association
is a non-profit
organization registered under the Societies Act of the Province of Alberta. The
Association brings together people involved in the ownership, management and
operations of residential properties to work towards promoting and enhancing the
industry. We represent the owners and managers and the companies that service
over 40,000 residential rental units in the City of Calgary. Our members range
from the smallest to the largest of owners and managers. Our many service
companies range in size from one person companies to the largest organizations
in the city.
Governance
The affairs of the Calgary Apartment
Association are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by
the membership at the annual general meeting of the Society.
Guiding Principles
Professional responsibility and
integrity will guide our decisions and actions. We support the industry’s
interests through appropriate representation, education and support services to
our members.

The Calgary Apartment Association is committed to
promoting and enhancing the residential rental industry by providing quality,
professional leadership.

voice for the residential rental industry, and provides professional services
and learning opportunities for our members.
